Summary
The Finance Systems Manager (FSM) is responsible for supporting the management of the financial consolidation and reporting system (OneStream) as well as supporting the accounting and finance teams across the organization for new requirements and system enhancements.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance and administration of our financial consolidation and reporting systems (includes OneStream)
- Support enterprise-wide users during monthly financial closing process in OneStream (resolve any data or reporting issues)
- Develop and maintain ad-hoc reports, dashboards, management reports and integrate operational data into One Stream platform
- Develop and maintain data sources, transformation rules and workflow profiles
- Gather and analyze business requirements, recommend best practices, and assist in development, testing and rollout of new application features
- Support FP&A team in ad-hoc analyses or process improvement initiatives
- Support accounting team, as required, to implement solutions required for statutory and tax reporting
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, & Education
- Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; plus 5 years of experience with OneStream; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to troubleshoot to define ad identify problems. Collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to take prompt corrective actions.
- Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
