What does the Finance Manager II – Sales do at Swire Coca-Cola?
The Finance Manager is a critical partner to leaders of the business, supporting strategic objectives including the identification and implementation of cross-function continuous improvement initiatives. The Finance Manager also performs thorough business case analysis to guide effective business decisions and serves as a key subject matter expert for ensuring enterprise targets are achieved.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drives process excellence, efficiency, and effectiveness through the application of operational excellence through lean approach, including KPI insights
- Leads business planning and forecasting leveraging business requirements, and improved productivity by leveraging internal and external insights
- Drives proactive solutions based on trend analysis, risks, and opportunities, and utilizes management routines to review deviation and trend analysis, risk, opportunities
- Partner with cross functional or regional management to develop business objectives and key results in finance ensuring alignment
- Develop, oversee, and business case development for capital investments
- Promote a clear understanding of financial metrics and operational levers to develop financial acumen across the organization
- Ensure effective internal controls are in place and properly executed
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis that results in a recommendation that guides business decisions
- Bachelor's Degree (Accounting or Finance preferred)
- Master's Degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or related field preferred
- 6+ years in a Finance or accounting role
- 6+ years or commiserate experience in financial reporting, analysis, management
- 4+ years in a management or leadership experience
- Experience building financial acumen across diverse teams
Base pay range is $ 103,809-$ 136,249 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
