Finance Manager - Product

Purpose:

Do you have a deep understanding of the relationship between finance and business strategy? Are you also an experienced finance professional who is excellent at influencing decisions and creating business relationships at a senior level. We are looking for forward-thinking, outcome driven individuals who will succeed in a fast-paced environment and succeed in building and improving processes that will allow the company to bring to market new products and innovation! We would love to have you join our team and serve as a key Finance contributor to the Product team within the organization!

Responsibilities:

• Leads New Product Development governance, report distribution, training, and support for Finance organization
• Ownership and maintenance for margin analysis templates and analysis
• Support and assist with product P&L and sku profitability analysis and recommendations
• Aid in implementing initiatives for product teams, aligning the product strategy and roadmap along with financial goals
• Responsible for review of capital investment and analysis, annual budget, as well as monthly forecasting of new product spend
• Serves as a trusted adviser and partner to the VP of Product and team to help advise and guide decision making through business partner support and insightful analyses
• Serves as Finance member for Product Leadership Team
• Educate and inform team members of business environment and all relevant financial information
• Manage responsibilities of one direct report

Education and Experience/Skills:

• The ideal candidate will possess a B.S. degree in Finance or Accounting from a 4-year college or university with proven experience.
• 5+ years of work experience in analytically demanding financial role
• Outstanding partnership and interpersonal skills, an ability to balance multiple priorities, deep attention to detail, and the propensity to thrive in the ambiguity that comes with a fast-growing organization
• Strong Excel modeling skills for developing complex financial analyses and decision support models
• Ability to work cross functionally and influence appropriately

Hiring Range: $98,100.00 - $154,220.00
