The Finance team plays a critical role in shaping the future and strategy of the company through forecasting and analysis of key business drivers. We are a small and highly visible team, interfacing directly with executive leadership on a regular basis to provide guidance on all key initiatives for the organization.

The Finance Manager, reporting to the Sr. Director, Finance, will work closely with business partners across the organization to develop and refine various models and presentations, and provide critical analyses for the company's upcoming and rapidly expanding initiatives. This position will lead Corporate FInancial roll up, OPEX, headcount planning and budgeting. 

What You'll Do:

• Manage board & executive level reporting of financial results & key performance indicators (KPIs), constantly improving quality & efficiency.
• Lead monthly close process by partnering with accounting, adhering to corporate finance/accounting guidelines to ensure timely and accurate close.
• Drive process for annual budget, quarterly and monthly financial forecasts, and ongoing analysis of actuals versus plan.
• Develop department-level and Operational KPI's to be used for performance monitoring and goal setting.
• Build relationships with senior management team and support them with in-depth and actionable insights to build deep knowledge of current developments in the business.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts to develop business acumen, execute against company strategy and enhance team effectiveness.
• Act as Finance Business Partner to our Corporate and Enterprise Business
• Support CFO and Finance Leadership with the creation of Board of Directors materials, investor communications and the due diligence and execution of strategic opportunities

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of overall experience within financial planning & analysis, corporate finance,  or investment banking.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or related discipline.
• Expertise with consumer business models including subscriptions and recurring revenue models and forecasting physical inventory.
• Prior people management experience and healthcare experience a plus.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
• Financial systems experience preferred (Netsuite, Workday, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, Tableau, Hyperion).
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with strong interpersonal skills and superb teamwork.
• Unwavering integrity with a high degree of personal responsibility.
• Experience with SQL, Looker, business intelligence/database tools and e-commerce a strong plus.
• Ability to work with and derive business decisions from large data sets
