We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst specializing in financial systems, with expertise in Adaptive Planning, Workday, and Concur. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing our financial processes and ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of these key systems. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze business requirements, and provide strategic insights to drive informed decision-making.

What you'll do:

System Implementation and Optimization:

• Lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of Adaptive Planning, Workday, and Concur systems to meet the organization's financial objectives.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper integration, data flow, and system performance.

Requirement Analysis:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their financial reporting needs and translate them into system requirements.
• Conduct a thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.

Customization and Configuration:

• Customize Adaptive Planning, Workday, and Concur configurations to align with business requirements.
• Implement and manage system enhancements, updates, and patches.

Data Management:

• Oversee data migration and ensure data integrity across financial systems.
• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.

Training and Support:

• Provide training to end-users on the effective utilization of financial systems.
• Act as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting and support related to Adaptive Planning, Workday, and Concur.

Reporting and Analytics:

• Design and generate financial reports using Adaptive Planning and Workday reporting tools.
• Utilize Concur for expense reporting analytics and insights.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with finance, IT, and other relevant departments to understand their business processes and requirements.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

What makes you a good fit:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on financial systems.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Adaptive Planning, Workday, and Concur.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Adaptive Planning, Workday, or Concur.
• Previous experience in system implementation and optimization projects.
• Familiarity with other financial systems and tools.
