JOB TITLE: FINANCE ASSISTANT

LOCATION: Perryopolis, PA

STATUS: Full Time, Hourly, Benefits Eligible

FINANCE ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage accounts, prospect and negotiate potential transactions for new, used ,and rental compact construction equipment.

• Submit financial documents and applications to lenders for credit approval.
• File and maintain documents for specific transactions pertaining to customers.
• Manual data entry into the operating system. Creating sales contracts through our business operating system. Track credits/debits through manufacturer websites to insure accurate equipment finance transactions.
• Process accounts payable vouchers and submit to the corporate office for payment.
• Participate in collection calls for Accounts Receivable.
• Communicate with members of the sales team any updates on completion of financial documents.
• Cross Training - the desire to learn the other Bobcat Finance department roles is required for this position.
• Other duties as assigned by management

FINANCE ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS (Skills, Technology, and Physical Requirements)

• Fluent in Microsoft and Google platforms.
• Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Highly detail oriented to excel in a fast paced work environment. Continued daily follow up between lenders, manufacturers, and Bobcat Territory Sales Managers.
• Accurate data entry is crucial for success in this position.
• Professionalism - we value teamwork, creating a cohesive work environment, and pride ourselves on the service we provide our customers.
• Communicates respectfully and effectively, exhibits quality phone etiquette
• Ability to multi-task and learn in a fast paced environment, highly organized, willing to take direction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

• Perryopolis, PA 15473: Relocate before starting work (Required)
