Film Library Clerk

Supports the department in the distribution, maintenance and flow of radiographic images and reports. BEST behaviors, excellent customer service, service recovery, managing-up and professional communication skills are employed throughout the day.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Keyboard and general computer usage skills required.
• Understanding of medical terminology preferred.
• Demonstrated continuous work experience required.
• Medical or radiology imaging experience preferred.
• Work experience in positions requiring extensive phone and public contact or public service preferred.
• Clear speech and legible handwriting required.
• Must have the ability and desire to work in a high-volume, high-pressure work area that requires the ability to handle multiple demands/requests simultaneously.
• Must have attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Must have and fully utilize excellent customer service skills.
