RCN Capital, LLC is a national, direct private lender providing time-sensitive, bridge financing to real estate investors to fund the purchase of non-owner occupied residential and commercial properties, provide bridge loans, and provide real estate-backed lines of credit.
We are looking for a part time File Clerk to assist our Accounting team with administrative tasks such as scanning and filing documents, printing invoices, mailing checks, and creating and updating spreadsheets using MS Excel. Ideal candidates will have strong administrative skills, great attention to detail, and a desire to support a growing team!

Primary Responsibilities:
- Scanning and filing documents for the Accounting team
- Updating and ensuring the accuracy of Excel spreadsheets
- Printing invoices
- Stuffing and mailing checks
- Additional tasks as assigned by Controller
Position Requirements
Required Skills:
- Experience using MS Office applications especially Words, Outlook, Teams, and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask at an efficient pace
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Required Experience:
- At least one year of experience in a professional administrative role
- At least one year of experience using professional office software and applications
- Experience providing administrative support for accounting a plus
Education:
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Schedule:
