- Able to show strong file management, including gathering and indexing, across and with various departments and employees
- Using specific guidelines, arrange high volumes of memoranda, letters, invoices, and other indexed documents
- Ensure employees complete projects in timely manner
- File documents properly as part of quality control related tasks
- Must be capable of answering questions about records and files
- Find data within specific timelines
- Faxing, archiving, scanning, filing, and word processing- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures
- Please apply with a high school diploma or its equivalent
- Word and Excel experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
- 1 year experience of File Clerking preferred
- Qualified in handling office equipment
- Knowledge of data entry
- Solid understanding of Confidentiality
- Microsoft Office Suites experience
- Adeptness in File Boxes
- General familiarity with Supplies Inventory
- Demonstrated knowledge of Maintain Files
- Lifting experience
- Customer service experience highly desired
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
