Our law firm is looking to find our newest File Clerk. We are looking for someone full-time who can work from our office during our regular business hours. This position provides administrative and clerical support to our attorneys and case managers.

Responsibilities:
- Updating records in client management database - Contact information, notes, documents, tasks, time entries, etc.
- Assembling client portfolios and document toolkits for clients
- Recording deeds and other documents
- Answering client questions and 3rd party communication
- Witnessing the signing of client documents and following up on post delivery communications
- Reviewing calendars daily for upcoming deadlines; scheduling client calls/appointments
- Processing mail and other incoming/outgoing documents (scanning, internally filing, shipping)
- Proofing documents to confirm all documents signed, scanned, and returned to clients
- Working with the attorneys and case managers to provide the clients with a great product and experience in a timely manner.
- Replacing the receptionist for breaks/lunch/days off by performing extra duties, including:
- Assembling prospect folders
- Taking deposits and payments
- Receiving/Providing courier documents
- Closing office (restocking, tidying, locking, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Ability to type 60wpm.
- Excellent grammar and phone voice.
- Strong attention to detail <------ if you don't LIKE details, this is not for you.
- Strong self-organizational skills.
- You have high expectations for yourself.
- You are willing to forgive others and be gracious with mistakes.
Compensation:
- Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour (DOE)
