Field Technician - Immediate Hire

This position is entry-level, no direct experienceis required! They will provide training and ongoing support needed. This is a perfect role for road warriors who are looking for an active role outdoors while advancing their technical skills.

• Personal vehicle that can reliably commute long distances required (mileage reimbursement provided)
• Ability to travel locally around the NYC area. With potential for state and out of state travel.
• Interest in working outdoors and ability to spend majority of workday walking around while carrying some lightweight equipment.
• National, State and County search is conducted for background check.
• 10-Panel Drug Test required. Our client has a zero-tolerance policy.
• Valid driver's license and healthy driving record required.

Field Technician Breakdown:

• Accurately and neatly gather field data using paper drawings, forms, electronic data collection devices, digital cameras, or other formats and/or devices specified by the project manager and/or client.
• Correctly identify items to be documented in the field with minimal supervisory input.
• Quickly learn and apply technology tools such as hand-held data loggers, laser range finders, angle finders, digital cameras, and GPS receivers.
