- Patrol and monitor premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
- Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons
- Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas
```Experience```
- Previous experience in Armed Security or law enforcement preferred
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
Skills:
- Conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to operate CCTV systems effectively
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques to identify potential risks and take appropriate action
- First aid and CPR certification for immediate response to medical emergencies
- Familiarity with militarized security procedures for high-risk environments
- Strong surveillance skills to monitor premises effectively
- Understanding of law enforcement protocols for maintaining public safety
