Field Surveyor I

Barnard Construction Company, Inc. is currently looking to hire an experienced Field Surveyor for the Chimney Hollow Reservoir located west of Loveland, CO in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Qualifications
Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of construction survey experience.
• Team player
• Attendance, punctuality, and reliability are essential
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Strong communication skills.
• Pro-active problem solving skills.
• Self-motivated and hard working.
• Ability to work with latest in Survey technology including Trimble access, Trimble SCS900, Trimble Siteworks.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical site surveys using a variety of Trimble survey equipment.
• Prepare sketches and notes, and perform electronic data collection.
• Communicate and work with field supervisor's to complete layout, topographic and as-built surveys.
• Construction staking.
• Maintain a functional and current knowledge of production operations and procedures.
