What You’ll Do:
The Field Support Supervisor assists the Department Manager by facilitating training and coaching for the company's service professionals. They focus on developing both customer service and technical skills, optimizing service calls. Additionally, the Field Support Technician handles HVAC calls as required.

What You’ll Do:
The Field Support Supervisor assists the Department Manager by facilitating training and coaching for the company's service professionals. They focus on developing both customer service and technical skills, optimizing service calls. Additionally, the Field Support Technician handles HVAC calls as required.
What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:
- Provide the Department manager with a monthly ride along plan/calendar.
- Conduct ride along’s with service professionals and debrief with employees at the completion of each call
- Ensure curbside feedback and other training materials are documented and trained
- Understand and coach the importance of Roth Homes commitment to exceptional customer experience standards and the needs of our Service teams for all trades.
- Work with the Department Manager to help identify technicians with development opportunities and provide coaching to improve or enhance performance.
- Assist with classroom training and developing training programs and curriculum.
- When needed, assist the Department Manager by personally visiting customers with concerns, to provide world class service and resolve concerns on a one-on-one basis.
- Coach employees how to correctly and completely fill out all service invoices, checklists, Summary of Findings, and any other situationally appropriate documentation, including photographs/videos. 360-degree evaluation on every call.
- Coach employees on Replenishment policies, and inventory policies, allowing accuracy in all reporting and ordering within Roth’s standards.
- Coach on Roth’s “ Keep Company Vehicle Clean Inside and Out” policy- Maintain organized vehicle truck stock to prevent loss due to damage. Keep the truck dash clean and free of all items. Follow procedures in the Company Vehicle Handbook for vehicle maintenance, operation and cleanliness.
- Express the importance of driving safety and the visibility of what Roth represents in the community.
- Successfully complete all dispatched HVAC in-home service calls, including diagnosing and repairing defective equipment or components, while also establishing rapport with customers to identify replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient, or under-performing.
- Support all trades by providing onboard training to new technicians, covering software usage, best practices for accounting and inventory management, as well as Service Systems.
- Provide supervisory support as needed
What We’d Like You to Have:
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record is required for this position. A minimum of 2 years residential service experience is preferred.

- The salary for this position is $60,000 - $65,000 + bonus eligibility
