We are seeking a Field Supervisors - Home Care: 3 Brooklyn, 2 Queens, 2 Manhattan, 2 BX to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve operational practices while RN's are in the filed
- Provide hands on training ongoing while RN's are in the filed
- Track and forecast operational trends and analysis based on productivity
- Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams
- Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations
- Offer coaching and supervision on a quarterly basis and as needed
- Prior experience with OASIS, DOH, and Joint commission
- Prior usage of Net Smart or other EMR based systems.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in operations or other related fields- 2 years minimum.
- Strong management skills
- Licensed Registered RN for the state of NY
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong leadership qualities
Language:
Speaking any of the languages would be a plus.
