TUESDAY-SATURDAY 11:00am-7:00pm | Alternating Sundays are a Plus!
Great opportunity to join a fun, teamwork-oriented organization! FC Parking & Hospitality provides valet, guest service and shuttle transportation services to healthcare facilities, hotels, restaurants, and more. Our valuable Field Supervisors travel to regional locations (<20 miles) and audit operations to identify areas of improvement. These company leaders train, coach, and keep our team motivated, while ensuring policies and expectations are followed.

Computer and administrative skills are a must as this job requires field administrative work with MS Office and scheduling software.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven history of management experience required
• Minimum 4yrs customer service experience
• Minimum 3yrs Driver's License experience
• Outstanding communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Computer proficiency: MS Office / Google Workspace / Payroll & Scheduling Software
• High school or equivalent. College preferred, but not required with sufficient management experience.
• Positive and friendly attitude and ability to provide exceptional 5-STAR customer service
• Ability to stay calm in any environment and impress that upon our team
• 40hr work week with ability for on-call as needed for incidents and reporting
• Ability to maintain a staff with the goal of 5-star experience for patients and guests
• Well spoken with excellent communication
• Previous valet experience or similar industry preferred
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check, driving test, and Motor Vehicle Report Screening
