We are hiring a Field Service Supervisor to help us manage and train our field technicians to ensure they have the proper skills to complete service calls in a timely and accurate manner.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and train field technicians to ensure they have the proper skills to complete service calls in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage all aspects of field technician operations, provide in house training which includes safety, soft skills and technical.
- Oversee payroll and attendance for staff.
- Spend approximately 70% of time in the field with technicians and the remaining 30% in the office.
- Assist Service Technicians on difficult Jobs and provide technical assistance.
- Perform quality control inspections.
- Work directly with service manager to create a training program/SOP for new hires.
- Assist with technician efficiencies, more calls per day with less OT.
- Work with customers/technician on more advanced systems with networking, programming and troubleshooting of server and databases.
- Work with install department field supervisor to provide tours of new systems about to go on-line.
