Field Service Technician

Position Overview: The Field Service Technician plays a crucial role in our company, responsible for the assembly, installation, servicing, and repair of electro-mechanical instruments. Serving as the primary representative of our organization, this role requires impeccable professionalism and effective communication skills.

Experience: As a Field Service Technician, no prior experience in the oil and gas instrumentation industry is necessary. We are looking for candidates with natural dexterity and fine motor skills who also embody our values of innovation, reliability, and dedication to exceptional service.

While prior experience is not required, a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential. We value individuals with a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills, as you will be representing Grace Instruments as the primary point of contact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly, installation, servicing, and repair of electro-mechanical instruments in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Ensure thorough and professional communication with clients and internal teams throughout all stages of service delivery.
• Adhere to documentation processes and regulatory compliance standards with meticulous attention to detail.
• Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including equipment maintenance and repair logs.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in learning and adapting to various software systems.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge or experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with documentation processes and commitment to compliance.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Valid US passport and willingness to travel internationally as required.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
