Field Service Technician Video Arcades

We are currently seeking to add to our family and are looking for hard working individuals that are self-motivated, creative and has great customer service skills. Our business in San Antonio is growing and currently has an opportunity for a Full Time Field Service Representative.

In this role the ideal candidate will be required to travel in company vehicle daily to get to the locations that must be serviced. Must have mastered skills of diagnosing, repairing, installing, maintaining, and upgrading any hardware in the equipment to ensure they are 100% functional and profitable. Excellent customer service is a must to ensure and positive and healthy relationship.

Essential responsibilities but not limited to:

·         Travel to different locations within your assigned region while operating a corporate vehicle in safe manner.

·          Must be responsible for the upkeep of the routine maintenance and report monthly vehicle inspections to the corporate office.

·         Provide superior customer service by being constantly visible and readily accessible to our customers.

·         Communicate with customers regarding open service requests, schedules, follow up items.

·         Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the                      customer.

·         Report urgent matters directly to upper management immediately.

·         Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.

·         Diagnose malfunctions or technical problems and determining proper solutions.

·         Must troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.

·         Explain game operation or rules to customers, and respond to customer complaints of machine

·         Ensure all assigned service requests are documented and completed using SMART software.

·         Count large sums of money

·         Replenish ATM Machines and Coin Machines

·         Collect and stock amusement equipment (Claw machines, pool tables, juke bokes, skill machines, etc)

·         After repairing machines, ensure equipment is clean, sanitized and presentable for customers.

·         Reconcile any discrepancies

·         Transport money from the locations and deposit into designated bank account.

·         Must have the ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules. Will be on call some days and require longer shift             hours than normal.

·         Adhere to all safety policies and follow all corporate policies and procedures

·         Attends monthly safety meetings

·         Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities:

·         Must be at least 21 years old

·         Bilingual in Spanish a plus

·         3-5 years minimum of experience in relevant positions.

·         Minimum of a High School Diploma with preference to college degree or trade school certificate

·         Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

·         Must be able to push, pull, lift 75 pounds or more. Amusement machines can be over 100’s of pounds.

·         Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods throughout the day.

·         Must be able to climb stairs, ramps, and ladders, crawl, kneel, etc.

·         Must pass a criminal background check

·         Must have good work stability, personal and professional references will be checked.

·         Must have a Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Must pass a Driver's License Check.

·         Strong ability to multitask and work under pressure.

·         Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

·         Must have experience using hand/ power tools.

·         Must be able to juggle multiple projects and deliver successful results

·         Must be great punctuality!

·         Must have proven mechanical and electrical skills.
