What Will I Be Doing?
Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:

• Troubleshoot electro-mechanical problems, installations, and perform scheduled / unscheduled repairs and maintenance on equipment on customer demand and need.
• Diagnose and repair forklifts and other equipmentin accordance withestablished guidelines and procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment according to the schedule.
• Perform necessary repairs to correct analyzed situations in a professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized service van.

• Prepare documentation relating to each service callin a timely manner.
• Attend training classes and other company activities asrequired.
• Exhibita professional demeanor, promoting goodwill between the company and customers byprovidinga superior level of customer service.
• You willprovideshop/field training to new technicians to supplement formal training programs.

What Makes Me Qualified?

• Need tomaintaina valid driver's license.
• 1 to 3 years of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic experience in a similar environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of basic D.C. electricity, basic A.C electricity,andinternal combustion.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and training materials, follow verbal anddemonstratedinstructions.
• Demonstrates a good mechanical and electrical aptitude, effectivelyutilizingvolt, ohm, multi-meters, and oscilloscope.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, management, and team members.
• Ability tomaintaina good understanding of industry innovations and product availabilitytomake recommendations based on customer needs.
• Ability to push, pull, andlift upto 50 lbs.
