Come join the Vermillion Systems team as we grow into central Indiana. We're seeking an experienced field technician for service and new installations of commercial video surveillance, intrusion alarm, electronic access control along with fire service and inspections. This role would be based out of your home in central Indiana primarily serving customers in the greater Indianapolis area.

Requirements of the job include:
-Maintain an excellent attitude with the goal of exceeding customer expectations while representing company values
-Perform the safe installation and service of video surveillance, intrusion alarm, and electronic access control systems in a team environment
-Install cable and configure circuits for related low voltage electrical systems
-Install new equipment and troubleshoot existing systems
-Diagnose problems and perform service and repair at customer sites
-Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by properly communicating with co-workers and customers to ensure the job is done to satisfaction
-Ensure completion of daily electronic work orders and periodic maintenance reports
Ideal candidates would have a background in electrical engineering technology, security industry experience, or prior work experience in a similar trade. We'll support you from our home office near South Bend and you'll be provided transportation and tools to serve customers well.
