We're on the hunt for a Field Service Technician who's not only proficient in IT and technology systems but also brings creativity and exceptional customer service to the table. You'll be the go-to for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting everything from data centers to digital signage, embodying our commitment to innovation and efficiency.

Your role will involve:
hands-on work with IT and technology systems, ensuring they're at peak
performance. This includes everything from structured cabling to networking
devices, all while providing top-tier on-site support. We value creative

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role, with a strong background in IT and technology installations and maintenance.
- Technical proficiency, or willingness to learn, in data centers, networking, structured cabling, and digital signage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve technical challenges.
- Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and support.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant technical certifications and a clean driving record are preferred.
- Willingness to travel locally to client sites and participate in on-call rotation for emergency services.

COMPENSATION:
$18-$21 hourly, based on skill level.
