- Provide service and customer support during field visits and phone/zoom when remote.
- Manage and perform all on-site installations, repair, maintenance, and testing.
- Diagnose technical problems with the help of engineering support.
- Operate vehicles in a safe manner on customer sites and at all times.
- Follow strict safety guidelines when working at customer sites and when around equipment.
- Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization.
- Provide customer training on setup, service, and repair.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Regular, clear communications with the Engineering team.
Qualifications:
- Must have proven electrical (DC and AC) and mechanical skills.
- Must have good troubleshooting skills.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- A technical degree or certification in electrical systems is a plus.
- Must be a US citizen with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be willing and able to travel a significant amount (up to 3 weeks per month) for installations throughout the country and be away for up to 3 weeks at a time.
- You must have high energy, be willing to learn and be skilled with technology.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and use for sites within 200 miles of the home site.
- Must successfully pass a drug screen and background check
Starting hourly pay is $25 - $35 based on relevant experience levels (decided by Renu management).
