Hourly rate + .55 cent mileage reimbursement + tolls/parking.
Hours:Sunday/Monday/Thursday/Friday; 2PM-11PM and Saturday; 9AM-6PM
Off Tuesday/Wednesday
Territory: San Francisco, CA 94131

Summary:
As a First line Technician, you will provide maintenance for ATM's, retail point of sale equipment, plus related PC and PC peripherals.
During the 90-day temp period you will dispatch from the company phone to locations in your territory using your own vehicle.

Must like driving, up to 250+ miles a week.
Must have reliable car with insurance for first 90 days.
Travel range 50 miles
Company car will be provided once you convert to perm.

Job Description:
Our entry level Field Service Technicians respond to basic customer requests for equipment issues.
Candidates will be a part of a team and a territory where customer requests will be assigned throughout the day.
Using provided tools and repair kits, you will travel to customer sites to resolve the issue.
Our entry level technicians respond to 5-8 calls per day across their territory.
Perform minor maintenance on ATMs. Replacing light bulbs, card reader belts, air filters, etc.
Perform basic installation functions, pulling cable, mounting devices, installing Mas-Hamilton locks.
Perform technical fixes: clearing paper jams, card jams, bill jams, etc.
Prioritizing and planning service calls
Contacting the customer with the estimated time of arrival
Escalating problems and reassigning calls when appropriate
Interacting in a professional manner with customers to foster positive relationships
