This position will be based out of Dallas, Texas but will travel nationally 100% of the time.

Role Objective
- Reconcile GOJO / distributor shipments and stage dispensers/product for installation
- Remove old dispensers minimizing any wall damage for disposal and/or recycling
- Install new dispensers per Title III ADA and NFPA guidelines
- Maintain a clean and safe customer environment removing all trash and packaging material as directed by the customer
- Communicate effectively with the installation lead, installation team, GOJO personnel, facility personnel, patient, and families
- Develop good rapport with project champions at customer facilities in support of installations
- Support the selling team as a “subject matter expert” during the dispenser installation
- Support other activities as needed to strengthen and extend GOJO’s presence in dispensing systems markets
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Customers share ownership in the successful adoption of a new dispensing platform at their location and participate in dispenser/system support activities
- Improved customer retention and scorecard results
- GOJO resources (Field Service Reps, Installers, support personnel) are effectively/efficiently used to manage GOJO’s expense and ensure resources are available for other projects
- Service and support processes undergo continuous improvement to lower cost, improve quality, and drive higher customer satisfaction
- Help customers meet their business objectives through innovative application of GOJO products and services
Education and Experience
- Associate degree, 2 years of technical trade school, or equivalent education/work experience preferred
- Minimum one year installation or related experience
- Strong customer service skills are a must
- Ability to obtain be obtain health care facility credentialing is requirement. Must pass criminal background check, drug screening, and be willing to get all necessary inoculations.
Travel Requirements
Overnight Travel - the typical schedule for this role is travel Sunday night--Friday: we provide weekly reimbursement of all travel expenses and you keep all bonus points/miles
