Your role:
Your mission is, to ensure the productivity of Atlas Copco IAS Systems at the GM Hills location. As a Site Coordinator you will create PM schedules, perform or supervise maintenance activities, provide technical assistance, and act as the subject matter expert for all systems. Additionally, your will be responsible for all interactions with the customers at the site.
As Site Coordinator, you will report to the Key Customer Technical Manager.
What you will do:
- Troubleshoot customer systems to ensure they operate at the desired quality and productivity.
- Create schedules for all PM activities on IAS systems.
- Perform or supervise maintenance activities within or outside the robot cell.
- Train customers in the correct use of Atlas Copco IAS systems and software.
- Provide technical support on Atlas Copco IAS systems.
- Train other Atlas Copco personnel in the maintenance of equipment.
- Some travel out of state or outside the US for training or benchmarking is occasionally required.
- This is a full-time position with a work schedule. You can work early, late sometimes, or on weekends as the workload requires.
To succeed, you need:
