As a Field Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our team, delivering wholesale tobacco products to smoke stores. This is an independent contractor position that offers a flexible work schedule, allowing for a 5-day work week with the option to work 7 days if desired. Your primary responsibilities include:
Punctuality: Timely and consistent delivery of wholesale tobacco products to designated smoke stores.
Appointment Management: Handle both set appointments and explore opportunities with new stores to expand our market presence.
Sales Commission: Earn a competitive commission ranging from 7% to 20% on sales. Achieve the 20% commission rate by consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Performance Bonuses: Eligible for 6 and 12-month bonuses based on your outstanding performance and dedication to meeting sales targets.
Team Incentives: Enjoy yearly team trips as a reward for achieving 6 and 12-month bonuses collectively with the team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Field Sales or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
- Knowledge of wholesale tobacco products is a plus.
- Goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets.
