ROLE SUMMARY
CorePower Yoga is looking for a Field Sales Manager. With the goal of managing our national Field Sales Team, creating sales strategy, and serving as a cross-functional stakeholder for the Sales Department in partnership with our SSC, HQ, Sales Managers. You will be responsible for inspiring our teams to engage with our students to positively influence a healthy lifestyle by encouraging involvement in CorePower Yoga studios, classes, and programs. This position demands an outgoing personality, the ability to inspire, innovate, and lead remote teams. With the goal of reaching/surpassing their respective targets and exponentially growing the Sales Dept impact positively.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
• Collaborate with Sr. Director or Sales and SSC Sales Manager to elevate sales team contribution
• Achieve and exceed annual membership and programming targets as assigned to the Field Sales team
• Effectively scale Field Sales team by providing supportive onboarding and development to new team members
• Refine Field Sales role by identifying ideal skills and competencies
• Mentor, manage and develop Field Sales team
• Partner with Field Sales leadership teams to meet studio needs in conjunction with sales team deliverables
• Strategize and implement effective lead generation and conversion tactics
• Perform duties such as hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching for Field Sales team
• Lead inspired sales team meetings on a bi-weekly basis
• Create Field Sales playbook with contingency plans to institute as needed
• Ensure completion of daily, weekly and monthly tasks and reports, as assigned or requested.
• Serve a Cross-Functional stakeholder for Sales department in partnership with SSC Sales Manager
• Work with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement programs
• Maintain and be able to share a strong knowledge of CorePower Yoga studios, classes, programs, and business structure
EDUCATION, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven achiever w/ sales background
• Sales management experience 5-10 years w/ bachelor's degree
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize while working under multiple deadlines
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required
• Proficient in Outlook, Zenoti, SmartSheet, SendGrid
• Not required but desired experience integrating CRM
• Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga values: Attitude of Gratitude and Optimism, Team Player,

COMPENSATION
• Salary $60K with 40% additional earning opportunity at 100% to plan
