Job Summary

Pay Structure: $65,000 base pay with total comp at plan $127,000. Eligible for a quarterly bonus based on exceeding targets. Commission eligible of 2% of individual net sales for 12 months post sale. No cap on commission.
Primary Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- First 6 months will be heavy on cold calling and lead generation
- Generates leads through prospecting activity
- Builds and cultivates strong relationships
- Identify and target potential clients and market segments to expand customer base
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Understand industry trends and customer needs
- Provide feedback to management on customer and market trends
- Resolve customer inquiries and facilitate onboarding of new accounts
- Ensures margin integrity with tactful negotiations
- Updates CRM consistently in order to track performance and activity
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or 4 to 6 years of work experience in a related field in lieu of degree
- 2-4 years experience in Behavioral Health
- 2-4 years experience business development or sales role
- Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Skilled in individual or group sales presentation management
- Self motivated and driven to achieve results
- Proven history in initiating relationships and closing sales deals
