Job Title:Field Operations Manager (Water)

Position Summary
Your role as a Field Operations Manager is to manage the overall operations and be responsible for, productivity, quality control performance metrics, and safety measures for your team.
Responsibilities:Primary Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to all Field Operation Managers and Supervisors.
- Manage training, scheduling, wages and hours for field staff.
- Work closely with Project Manager and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, processes, budgets, as well as follow through with implementation.
- Develop operations systems, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for completing work, equipment utilization, and equipment/inventory management
- Communicate with customers and safety department to ensure all processes remain compliant with OSHA and other governmental regulations and ensure that the project safety goals are met, and training is completed
Job Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and pre-employment drug screen required as a condition of employment
- 3-5 years of experience in related field with 1-2 years in operations management
- 2 years of wastewater collections, systems and operations CCTV operation and sewer cleaning operations for both small and large diameter pipelines
- Proficient in using current technology; smartphone, tablets, MS office tools, etc.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work in confined spaces, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm
