POSITION: Field Operations Coordinator

Overview: The Field Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and executing on a variety of operational matters that impact Field Operations. The role will be responsible for supporting operational execution for onboarding, offboarding and general personnel changes to ensure smooth operations.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (essential functions, not an all-inclusive):

• Responsible for coordinating project ramp ups/ ramp downs (onboarding/ offboarding) as instructed. Will partner with Ops admin for successful deployments.
• Responsible for preparations for new hire onboarding, including but not limited to, preparing meeting space, tote bags, and new hire packets
• Responsible for delivery and collection of PPE for field employees.
• Responsible for delivery and collection of trucks and applicable items (fuel cards/ telematics) for field employees. Must be present when trucks are being assigned or unassigned to any team member.
• Deliver and obtain equipment checklist from all team members and upload into database for recording purposes.
• Ensure trucks are in ready state for deployment as needed with all PPE, etc.
• Assist existing field employees with any PPE or fleet equipment issues or concerns that arise.
• Responsible for placement/un-placement of license plates, telematics and decals for field employee trucks.
• Fleet Maintenance and upkeep, keep truck keys organized, picking up trucks in the field for repositioning.
• Maintaining the warehouse, keep clean and organized and request replenishment of equipment when inventory is low.
• Responsible for operational tasks such as transporting fleet to be serviced or positioning fleet for onboarding or exchanges, returning rental cars, fueling vehicles, removing/ adding decals.
• Responsible for partnering with finance business partner when select operational inventory items are needed for replenishment, for proper assignment/un-assignment of fleet to include proper handling of fleet, and other matters related to the operation
• Identify and execute on process improvement areas for optimal efficiency
• For high volume ramp ups/ ramp downs, responsible for other tasks to work as a team to ensure successful outcome.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Two (2) years minimum experience supporting a field operation
• Valid Drivers License and able to pass a motor vehicle background check
• Self-motivated individual with strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliable and dependable
• Good organizational, critical thinking, and interpersonal communication skills

Compensation:

This is a Full Time hourly role. Hourly rate of pay is $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Work Environment:

This is an in-office role, Monday- Friday, some weekends possible if the operation necessitates. Office is located in Livermore, CA. Work will involve working both in an office environment, working at other sites (i.e. hotel) and working in the operation, driving fleet to and from various sites to position them for the operation.
