SalarySuccessful Commercial Real Estate and Hotel Management Company has positions available for both Skilled and entry-level general Maintenance Technicians. Our corporate headquarters is based in Birmingham, Michigan with Commercial Real Estate holdings throughout the Metro Tri-County area with a concentration throughout Macomb County.

- Use your trade skills to solve problems, make recommendations, and/or repairs effectively and efficiently.
- Respond courteously to commercial tenant requests promptly and resolve matters to the tenant's satisfaction.
- Daily grounds upkeep of Commercial Centers.
- Build-outs and construction projects.
Fundamentals:
- Entry Level Maintenance - A high school diploma (or GED) with technical or vocational schooling is preferred.
- General Maintenance - knowledge in the areas of painting, wallpapering, light plumbing, and grounds upkeep expected.
- Skilled Trades - needed in electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, and construction.
- These positions require effective communication skills, a professional manner, the ability to work as a team, as well as the ability to make independent decisions.
- All positions require dependable transportation.
