Field Janitorial Supervisor/Customer Relations

We provide Janitorial services for commercial businesses and are looking to expand our team with a Supervisor/Account Manager in the area Metro Boston Area with a concentration of accounts South of Boston.

Your major role is keeping local business owners that use our services happy, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship development.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Identifying and solving service issues,

Training and on-going support of providers,

New customer start-ups,

Customer relationship management,

Customer retention and satisfaction.

Have experience being on the road managing accounts in the past,

Qualified candidates will possess:

Customer handling experience and knowledge,

Direct supervisory experience,

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal),

A desire to succeed,

Willing to work some nights (not all the time, but it is a job requirement),

The determination to make a positive impact,

The desire to control your own destiny as you have somewhat flexible schedule.

You must be capable of working some nights and weekends, and live South of Boston. Most of your time working will be spent during regular business hours, but there are times when nights and weekends are necessary.

This is a field job, you will be out visiting accounts most of the time. We prefer candidates that have had similar experience. Must have dependable automobile and a good driving record.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
