We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Supervisor to oversee our team of field technicians and ensure the smooth operation of our technical services. Salary: $52,000 - $57,000 annually
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of field technicians to ensure all work orders are completed efficiently and according to company policies and standards.
- Provide remote and on-site education and training to clients and customers on the technical aspects of our products and services, including troubleshooting techniques and best practices.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues on Microsoft Windows and UNIX systems.
- Install and configure new PC hardware and software across various devices and peripherals.
- Develop, test, and deploy hard drive images and provide support in virtual desktop environments.
- Perform basic wired and wireless network troubleshooting.
- Maintain proficiency in help-desk systems and tools.
- Research and test new hardware and software solutions.
- Conduct inventory checks, place stock orders, and track equipment inventories in the CRM.
- Inspect and maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment used by the company.
- Utilize company funds responsibly for business expenses in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in sourcing parts and services from suppliers.
- Prepare management reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in managing a team of field technicians.
- 3+ years of experience in computer repairs and hardware installations.
- 3+ years of experience in computer software.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
