SalaryWe are an exciting, fast-growing, luxury vacation home property management company, with properties throughout Park City seeking a Field Property Inspector with a strong attention to detail and great work ethic.
Successful Candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and can work independently or with others to complete tasks in a professional and timely manner. You will be responsible for inspecting the work of our cleaning teams and vendor service jobs to ensure they consistently meet and exceed our standards. Each day will involve visiting the vacation rental properties in our care, where you'll be our eyes and ears on the ground, thoroughly checking each property to ensure everything is in tip-top shape, properly stocked, and ready to receive our next guests. You’ll also handle any scheduling issues that may arise with a get-it-done attitude that includes rolling up your sleeves and pitching in as needed. Applicant must have a valid UT drivers license with a clean driving record and be able to pass a comprehensive criminal background check.
Job Duties:
Arrival inspections to make sure everything in a home is in good working order
Departure inspections to check for any damages or needed repairs
Preventive maintenance property inspections to find and report any problems
Replacing light bulbs, air filters, and batteries throughout properties
Deliver items to properties as needed
Assist maintenance team with very basic repairs of properties
Assist leadership team with miscellaneous tasks as needed
Personal Qualifications and Skills Required:
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify problems in property setting
Ability to use iPhone Apps and decent computer skills
Very organized with good time management skills
Possess excellent follow up and follow through
Able to prioritize and problem solve
Honest, dependable, and flexible
Possess initiative and positive attitude, team player, desire and ability to learn and grow
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
