SUMMARY :
The Associate Supply Chain Planner solves problems within a single value stream, function, or relatively small user base. A minimal portion of this role is transactional, with the majority focus on driving continuous improvement. The Supply Chain Analyst uses tools from DMAIC, PDCA, lean, and six sigma methodologies to identify problems and analyze possible solutions. Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Transferring material between ERP Systems.
- Processing Trailer Receipts.
- Stockout investigations
- Manual Counts
- Systematic Inventory Adjustments
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Prior experience in working in manufacturing environment.
- Strong computer skills with experience in Excel, Word and Outlook preferred
- Developing knowledge of lean, manufacturing, and business systems
- Developing knowledge of Supply Chain technologies such as ERP, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Warehouse Management Systems
- Effective communication skills through written, verbal and listening techniques and collaboration with others
- Actively participates in creation of own development plans
- Takes responsibility for ensuring work in completed within time and quality parameters
- Strong aptitude in problem identification

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
