Fiberglass Repair Apprentice

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Repair Technician to join our team. As a Repair Technician Apprentice, you will be responsible for assisting the tech in repairing various types of fiberglass damage to boats and RVs. This is a full-time position but with flexible hours depending on work load and skill level.

Responsibilities:
- Perform duties assigned by technician and shadow tech to build experience.
- Repair or replace defective parts or components
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex problems
- Keep accurate records (photos) of repairs, parts used, and maintenance performed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Repair Technician or similar role
- Proficient in using tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
