Your Role: As a Low-Voltage Technician, you'll be an integral part of a team deploying a wide array of low-voltage systems, primarily focusing on Full Fiber 1Gig projects. We value independent thinkers and problem solvers who can make informed decisions based on each unique situation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing and maintaining Fiber optics and Low-voltage systems in both new and existing structures.
- Working in various settings, both supervised and independently, while always empowered to make the best decisions.
- Ensuring effective communication and maintaining a professional demeanor with both internal teams and external clients.
Expectations:
- Adherence to assigned schedules, with the flexibility to travel, including overnight stays as necessary.
- Maintaining a clean, organized company vehicle, fully stocked for job requirements.
- Completing necessary paperwork and maintaining company-issued assets responsibly.
- Reporting any vehicle maintenance needs promptly.
- Taking on additional tasks as requested by supervisors to achieve departmental goals.
Job Requirements:
- Strong technical skills in low-voltage systems, or the aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Physical ability to engage in tasks requiring crawling, lifting (up to 75 pounds), and working with various tools and equipment.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
