SalaryFertility Coordinator (Not a Receptionist position)
Duties:
- Provide excellent patient service by greeting and assisting patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Perform various tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, medications, and fertility cycles, etc.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
