Job Description:
The Eye Clinic of Wisconsin is seeking a fellowship-trained Oculoplastic Ophthalmologist to join our multispecialty, physician-owned, independent practice. The individual selected for this position will meet our patient’s needs by providing care for a fast-growing oculoplastic practice. Interest in cosmetics and aesthetics is encouraged. Training in neuro-ophthalmology is also preferred. Trauma calls are minimal.
The Eye Clinic of Wisconsin is a large, well-established multispecialty eye practice offering services that include optometric services, retina, glaucoma, oculoplastic, pediatric, neuro-ophthalmology, cornea, and comprehensive eye care.

Compensation and Benefits:
· $450,000 2-year salary guarantee
· 2-year partnership opportunity that generates $200,000+ in passive income
· Surgical cases performed in an on-site, clinic owned state-of-the-art, certified ASC
· ASC ownership with partnership opportunity with an additional $200,000+ passive income
· Flexible schedule
· Outreach travel 4-6 days monthly
