Delivery Driver Job Information:
- Up to 150 stops daily
- This is a physical job and requires that the driver gets in and out of the truck.
Requirements of Delivery Driver:
- All applicants MUST meet ALL of the following criteria (NO EXCEPTIONS):
- Amazon Experience Qualifies as Driving Experience!!
- 1 year of verifiable job-related driving experience in the last 3 years OR 5 years of verifiable job-related driving experience in the last 10 years.
- Driving experience must be verifiable. MILITARY DRIVING, TAXI, UBER, PIZZA DELIVERY, LANDSCAPE DRIVER IS ACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE
- Must be able to pass a Drug Test and DOT Medical / Physical Exam (Paid by Employer!)
- Must submit to a background check
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
- Physically able to handle packages up to 150 lbs. (with a dolly)
- Have dependable transportation
- The ability to locate suburban addresses using GPS and/or maps is a must and a good general knowledge of our service area which includes the Medley Florida area
Responsibilities of Delivery Driver:
- Arrive at the FedEx terminal to pick up vehicles and packages.
- Loading and Unloading packages from the truck.
- Delivering packages to the destination using a GPS system,
- Scanning and Logging Packages, SAFETY, INTEGRITY, SERVICE, and ATTENDANCE are top priorities!
