Terminal Location: 300 Mossy Head Plaza Dr, DeFuniak Springs, FL 32435
The routes are in the Escambia County area.
CDL License is NOT required!
Work Hours- Arrive at the terminal at 7:00 am. Delivery completion depends on your route.
FULL TIME: schedule differs depending on driver availability.

DUTIES OF DELIVERY DRIVER
Safely deliver and pick up all packages daily w/in the prescribed time windows.
Conduct Pre/Post trip van inspections daily.
Operate delivery vehicles safely, securely and competently.
Learn the route(s) and customer needs serviced by our company.
Report to station prepared to examine and organize daily load before departure.
Handle and maneuver packages of varying sizes and weight w/o damage to the package or injury to oneself or others.
REQUIREMENTS OF DELIVERY DRIVER:
At least 21 years of age.
Clean driving record - no accidents or violations in 3 years.
Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and criminal background check.
Ability to lift up to 100+ lbs. and work in all weather conditions.

Job Title: Delivery Driver
Duties:
- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers
- Load and unload products from the vehicle using a pallet jack or forklift
- Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Verify the contents of each delivery against shipping documents
- Collect payments from customers, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues or malfunctions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
Skills:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience driving commercial vehicles, including vans and refrigerated trailers
- Proficient in operating manual transmission vehicles
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management
- Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack safely and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing paperwork and documentation
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
