SalaryFC Delivery Inc., a FedEx Contractor operating out of our Burlington, WA station is looking for qualified individuals to fill full-time and part-time Delivery Driver positions. These positions include driving on Saturdays and Sundays.

EXPERIENCE: Some type of driving experience is required. A CDL is NOT required.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must have had a valid driver's license for 2 years
- Must speak English
- Authorized to work in the US
- Clean driving record a must (3rd party vendor will pull your MVR)
- Clean criminal background (3rd party vendor will pull your criminal background)
- Must pass pre-employment DOT drug screen
- Must pass DOT Physical
- Must pass Road Test
- Must be able to manipulate up to 150 pounds using a hand truck
DUTIES INCLUDE
- Safe operation of a commercial vehicle in a wide variety of conditions
- Completion of all assigned delivery and pickup stops for the day
- Proper usage of hand held device to record all activity for the day
- Maintain security of all packages assigned for the day
- Daily Pre and Post trip vehicle inspections
- Completion of assigned monthly online safety training

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Training wage is $18.00/hour, and includes driver training, helping drivers load trucks, helping a driver deliver while learning a route, and driving a route under supervision. Wage is $20.00/hour to $22.00/hour, depending on the route, when you are able to handle a route independently. Experienced drivers who do not need training will commence at the starting wage or higher. Benefits begin when independently driving a route.

Required qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 21+ years or older
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Valid driver's license
- Access to personal devices for work: smartphone - any type
- Background check
- Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Review
- Drug screening
- Driving test
- Speaks English
- Comfortable handling customer complaints
- Able to comfortably lift 100+ lbs
