Position Available: Front-End Customer Service
Your Role:
As a key player in our Front-End Customer Service team, you'll be the face of Fatburger, ensuring that every guest's visit is a memorable one. Your responsibilities will include:
- Warmly welcoming guests into our restaurant and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Taking orders with accuracy and offering menu recommendations when asked.
- Handling payment transactions and ensuring the accuracy of every order.
- Addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintaining a clean and inviting dining and front-end area.
