Fashion Assistant

Drawing inspiration from greek culture and Caribbean regions, Sabrina's design are as dynamic and versatile as her muses.

We are looking for a dynamic, well-rounded candidate with experience in the fashion industry. This role you will be hands-on and get to do a little bit of everything.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in creating mood board and color stories.
• Measuring new styles from samples accurately to ensure consistency in sizing.
• Creating tech packs for producers, including detailed specifications and measurements.
• Conducting fittings and making detailed notes for producers to ensure garments meet design standards.
• Collaborating closely with the head designer throughout the design process to offer creative input and support.
• Developing line sheets, look books, and email campaigns to effectively showcase the brand's collections and drive sales.
• Fulfilling orders from websites promptly and accurately, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Maintaining an updated inventory system to track stock levels and manage product availability.
• Responding to emails promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Organizing samples efficiently, assigning codes for easy identification, and photographing products on mannequins for internal use.
• Selecting and organizing styles for social media and campaign photoshoots, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and marketing goals.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in design or fine arts, or a college degree in fashion design or a related field.
• 1-3 years of fashion experience.
• Excellent design and conceptual skills.
• Excellent sense of style and color.
• Ability to do sketches by hand or computer.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience in measuring garments.
• Knowledge in creating or editing prints.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

Must be fluent in English
