Equipment Washing Position

The Equipment Wash and Detail Specialist will be responsible for processing equipment to a clean state before returning back to customers. The specialist will be vital to ensuring equipment passes the final quality test. Equipment entails large ag to lawn and garden. Although the Equipment Wash and Detail Specialist will be reporting to the service department, they will play a key role in all departments including parts, sales, and AFS. This will be a part time position that will be scheduled for 2-3 days per week.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement a strategy to power wash new and used agricultural equipment
- Detail all new and used equipment for superior quality
- Develop a plan to stock cleaning supplies needed for the facility
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleaning is performed on wash station and facility
- Develop a routine for maintenance on the power washing tools
- Prioritize and schedule equipment in need of wash and detail
- Collaborate with service, parts, sales, and AFS to ensure store needs are met
- Report equipment quality concerns when necessary to Service Manager
- Provide superior customer experience when needed
- Review effectiveness and suggest improvements of wash and detail strategy
- Cost analysis maybe needed for supplies and maintenance
- Attend meetings as requested
REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:
- Related field or previous experience with equipment
- High school degree is preferred, but not required
- Effective time management skills
