We are looking for a results driven retail sales specialist to be responsible for sales and overall business growth in the Kokomo market. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage our customer base effectively . Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in Ag or Commercial Equipment Sales or rental, retail store management, or on the road sales. Responsibilities will be as follows-
Responsibilities
- Develop business strategies to raise our customer pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Meet sales goals
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
- Additional sales duties as needed

- Proven successful experience as a retail/Equipment Sales and rental.
