About the Position:Precision Farming Specialist retails, installs, educates, consults, and supports customers providing value through the technology of Precision Farming products and services. Responsibilities:Highly align with our company Mission and Core Values.Meet with customers to promote Precision Ag Technology products and services.Consult, recommend, sell, deliver, and install new Precision Farming products and services.Provide support for software and hardware on agriculture equipment s electronic monitoring and application systems.Assist sales with Precision Farming grower meetings and sales calls.Conduct product meetings, demonstrations, and equipment deliveries with customers and sales personnel.Stay current on features, benefits, and value of new technologies in order to make informed recommendations.Provide education and training to dealership staff regarding Precision Ag Technology s agronomic advantages.Provide support to internal and external customers on Precision Ag hardware. Qualifications or Requirements:Associates degree in Agricultural Technology or related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in Precision Ag hardware installation and sales.Working knowledge of farm products and practices, diagnostic and servicing procedures, and GPS/GIS software.Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently.Passion for the evolving technology of Precision Agriculture.
