Farm Accounting Associate

Reports To: Farm Accountant & Grower Accountant

Hours/week: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Position Type: Non-Exempt Position

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enter various daily data into excel
• Process and enter invoices and reconcile statements from vendors
• Communicate with Farm Manager and Field Assistants to verify crew locations, hours, and farm expenses
• Process Farm Labor Contractor Invoices
• By-Product Tracking
• Reconcile accounts and farm expenses and identify any posting issues

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or higher
• Excel Experience
• Experience in farming preferred

Pay Range (Low $19.00 to Max $30.00)/hourly

This position may encompass other duties than the specified duties listed above. If necessary, alternative duties can be assigned at the discretion of the direct supervisor.
