Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to individuals and families in need
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with social workers and other professionals to ensure the well-being of clients
- Assist with crisis intervention and conflict management
- Coordinate services and resources for clients, including referrals to community organizations
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field preferred
- Experience working with children, preferably in child protective services or childcare settings
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and crisis management techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with child welfare policies and procedures
